Edition Berliner Bach Akademie
Edition Berliner Bach Akademie
Heribert Breuer (born 1945) is regarded as one of the most prominent German arrangers of the present day. For his Berlin Bach Academy founded in 1991, he has written a large number of adaptations of works by Bach, Mozart and the Romantic period, thus adding to the repertoire for various wind instrument combinations. Often complemented by further parts, Breuer's versions are inspired arrangements which faithfully reflect the spirit of the original works, yet at the same time represent a new composition which is in no way inferior to the original.
