About
BBC Radio 3 has awarded the Danish Trio Ondine the prestigious title of BBC New Generations Artists. In 2005-06, the trio is receiving special treatment from Radio 3 and will give a number of concert performances, primarily in London but also in a number of German concert halls and other European venues.

Trio Ondine's debut CD Passage is a unique opportunity to hear the young group interpret five beautiful piano trios by Danish composers through 100 years; from early modernist Carl Nielsen to our contemporary Anders Nordentoft. Each of these works is a world within itself, yet the selection displayed on this CD also displays the strong tradition being passed directly from Nielsen and Holmboe on to Per Nørgård and Anders Nordentoft.
