The first publication of the piano vocal score to incorporate Bernstein's final revisions, based on materials used for the 1984 Deutsche Gramophon recording. Amongst the many helpful improvements are clearer vocal lines and instrumental cues throughout. Two appendices include a piano reduction of the 'overture' and information about the cast and credits of the film of West Side Story.
