Composer's Notes
The piano quartet ‘Was wird?’ was composed at the height of the pandemic. The worst predictions were made and many friends and relatives died during this time, including musicians and composers. There are therefore many questions and uncertainties in the music of this composition: What will happen? What will happen to us? Who needs our music? Maybe it's just a ‘pearl game’?
