Composer's Notes
The title of the piece is Air for Bassoon and Piano. The subtitle is "I Walk Unseen". This subtitle comes from John Milton's poem "Il Penseroso":
"...Most musical, most melancholy!
Thee Chauntress oft the Woods among
I woo to hear thy even-Song;
And missing thee, I walk unseen… "
It is my first finished work of 2021!
