The inaugural performance was at the Met Fifth Avenue Grace Rainey Rogers Auditorium on September 15, 2018, in conjunction with the exhibition History Refused to Die: Highlights from the Souls Grown Deep Foundation Gift (on view at the Met Fifth Avenue May 22-Sep 23, 2018).
