Der Fluss ist unser Freund.

Lass die Hand im Kühlen platschen,
Hör es plitschern, hör es quatschen,
Was von Tier und Mensch und Welt es sagt.
Manchmal klingt’s auch nur gesäuselt,
Kaum, dass sich die Fläche kräuselt –
Wenn ein stilles Plätzchen dir behagt,
Dann leg an und verschlaf den Rest vom Tag!

Wie herrlich sich’s im Schatten liegt,
Von sanftem Schaukeln eingewiegt!
Man rastet und man träumt –
Der Fluss ist unser Freund.
