About
The Copenhagen part books of 1547 and 1556 contain a unique repertoire fromn a North European chapel royal. The music, sacred and secular, was to a great extent used as table music at the Royal Danish Court. It is performed here with voices, cornetts, sackbutts, crumhorns and shawms.
Reviews
The orchstra plays with great refinement and total sensitivity (Fanfare)
Bo Holten holds the music in a sensitive iron grip.
